It is sad to read of Barbara's passing. We had the pleasure of meeting Barbara during her stay at Care Source in Holladay. My husband would help administer the Sacrament on Sunday. And we would have a short visit which was fun and interesting. She was a sharp lady. We were all sad when she left Care Source and missed our visits with her. Our love to all of her family. I'm so sorry to hear you lost your mother! Loss is such a difficult thing. It seems we become more empathetic when we lose loved ones of our own. May you be blessed with comfort and peace and know that all is well. Allison Barton Richman, Hyrum Utah

My heart goes out to the family. She was one of the nicest people i ever knew. I even had a crush on her at one time and she never knew.

We bought our home in Monticello from Bud and Barbara Rasmussen. She was a good friend. She always looked perfectly groomed and beautiful - once i complimented her on her appearance, and she told me the first thing she did in the morning was put on her makeup and fix her hair. Doyle and I send our sympathy to the family, especially Patty who was her mom's helper and companion for many years.
