Barbara M. Henderson died on Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus, Indiana.

Barbara was born, August 3, 1925 in Boone County, Indiana.

Her gift was music, a gift she shared throughout her life with friends, family and congregations in Indiana and in her home of twenty years, North Ft. Myers, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Henderson; parents Art and Jessie Morrison and brother, Robert E. Morrison.

She is survived by her children: Deborah Henderson (Brett Wilson) and Doug Henderson (Monica Coburn); grandchildren, Patrick Neely (Claire O'Laughlin), Joshua Neely (Angie), Jeremy Henderson and Brittney (Kyle) Oldham ; six great grandchildren; and her brother, Norman Morrison.

No service, arrangements by Myers~Reed Chapel on 25th St. Columbus, Indiana.

I called Barbara today to wish her happy birthday but instead I am reading her obituary. I am very sad for she was my friend for eighty some years,my last childhood friend. I would like to hear from Debbie or Doug. Phyllis Varney 256 859 3608.
