Barbara R. Riepenhoff, 69, of Lima passed away 7:09 p.m. Monday, August 7, 2017 at Lima Memorial Health Systems. She was born on March 7, 1948 in Lima to David L. and Virginia Merle (Wright) Green and they preceded her in death.
Barbara was employed as a shift manager for Pilgrim Place. Prior to that she had worked at the Wapakoneta News and at Speedway. She was a member of the Sugar Creek Church of the Brethern. She loved to sing in area bands, including Nashville and Fort Wayne. She also loved to draw and play Bingo. She loved her family and her four legged friend, Mitzi.
Ms. Riepenhoff is survived by her children, Robert Fletcher of Cairo, Trisha (Mutee) Fletcher Mays of Lima; her grandchildren, Cole Fletcher, Denise (Allen) Rogers, Martin McWay, III, Jovan (Adrianna) McWay and twelve great grandchildren. She is survived by a brother, David Green of Cincinnati and two very close friends, Sandy Sanders and Diane Nicholson.
She was preceded in death by her siblings Ron and Ward Green.
A Memorial Service will be from 5 –7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home 506 N. Cable Rd. Lima, Ohio.
