BARBARA USRY TATUM

MACON – Barbara Usry Tatum, 78, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street with burial in Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. The Rev. Jon Dahl Davis will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home and suggests that those who wish make memorial contributions to Gray Church of Christ, P. O. Box 185, Gray 31032.

Mrs. Tatum, wife of the late Willie Frank Tatum, was born in Schley County the daughter of the late Joshua F. and Alma Willis Usry. She was a devoted homemaker and a member of Gray Church of Christ. Mrs. Tatum was the mother of the late Michael Frank Tatum.

Survivors include her daughters, Deborah Turner of Macon and Tonya Davis of Davis, NC; four grandchildren, Jennifer Tinsley Brewer (Benji) of Macon, Angel Turner (Travis) of Macon, Nikki Garrett (Neil) of Davis, NC and Matthew Davis of Davis, NC; four great grandchildren, Stefan Mimbs, Zachary Mimbs, Lacy Brewer and Katelynn Turner all of Macon; three brothers, Douglas Usry (Geraldine), Jimmy Usry (Judy) and Britt Usry (Cindy); two sisters, Joan Coker (Sonny) and Elizabeth Reed (Rainy); several nieces and nephews.
