She was born on May 18, 1929 in Nara Visa, NM to Marcello M. Sandoval and Ofelia Trujillo Sandoval. She grew up in Nara Visa; where she was the youngest of 11 children, attended school there and graduated as Valedictorian.
She married Harry Dale George on November 18, 1950 in Clayton, NM. They lived in Texline, then moved to Amarillo, Tx. They started a family that included three children; Carl, Ronald, and Oleta. Harry and Bea were married for 54 years before Harry passed away in 2004.
Bea worked for Cloth World for 15 years, then went to work at Cal Farley's Boy's Ranch for 22 years and retired. She loved to sew; she made most of her daughter's clothes and even her wedding dress. Her backyard was her sanctuary. She had the most beautiful backyard with roses, crepe myrtles, tulip tress, zinnias, geraniums, irises, cannas, and many more flowers. She loved to watch NASCAR and the Texas Rangers.
Her family was an important part of her life. She attended functions of her kids, grandkids and even her great grandkids. She loved all of them so much. Bea had the kindest heart, and was always rooting for the underdog.
Bea is preceded in death by her parents; brothers; Pete, Senon, Leto, Charlie, 2 infant boys; sisters, Tillie, Lena, Cecelia, Rena, and her Beloved husband Harry Dale and a daughter in law Carol Juanita George.

My heart is so sad hearing about the loss of such a special lady. Through the years I have had the privilege of knowing Oleta, her immediate family and George. The love from Bea's heart always over flowed to her children, and grandchildren. Never in all the year I have know Oleta, has she had anything but loving words of her mom. Remember God blessed you with a great mom. The days to come will be difficult, but rejoice that one day you will all be reunited.
