Beatrice "Bea" Bartsch 90 of Germantown, passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011. She was born July 30, 1921, to the late Joseph A. & Mary Louise Weber Zimmerer Sr. . She was a retired bank teller for the Old First National Bank. A life member of St. Therese Catholic Church, she enjoyed parish activities including, St. Monica Sodality. She was a quilter for over 20 yrs with the St. Joseph Children's Home. Her involvement with the community included, V.F.W. post 5636, Legion Post Aux. 201, K.F.C. of St. John's Aux., Golden Years Club at St. Elizabeth Church, and the E.H.E.. and the G.P.N.A. Monday morning Bingo. She was preceded by...
Beatrice "Bea" Bartsch 90 of Germantown, passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011. She was born July 30, 1921, to the late Joseph A. & Mary Louise Weber Zimmerer Sr. . She was a retired bank teller for the Old First National Bank. A life member of St. Therese Catholic Church, she enjoyed parish activities including, St. Monica Sodality. She was preceded by her loving husband of 48 years, Charles T. "Ted" Bartsch, her infant Son, Charles T. Bartsch Jr. her siblings; Jerry (Louise) Zimmerer Sr., Ray (Billie) Zimmerer Sr., and Ceclia (Paul) Day.

She is survived by, her brother; Joseph A. (Irene) Zimmerer Jr., her loving children; Therese (Reese) Hall, and Cletus (Sandra) Bartsch of Anderson, SC. Her grandchildren; Susan Hall, Reese (Elizabeth) Hall III, Melissa (Chad) Fluhardy, Daniel (Catherine) Bartsch, Sarah , Tameeka, James, and Kelly Bartsch. And also her 8 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial to Celebrate the life of Bea, will be held at 9:30 AM Monday, at St. Therese Church, 1010 Schiller Avenue, with burial to follow at St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Sunday at Arch L. Heady Russman & Sons Funeral Home, 1201 E. Oak Street.

In lieu of flowers, expressions are requested to; Mass of the Air, St. Vincent de Paul Society, or one's favorite charity.
