They married in 1951 and were happily together for 66 years. Mathematics was also one of his biggest loves and Dr. Harvey moved to the United States in 1956 to pursue career opportunities in the Mathematics that he loved. Working with the then fledgling American Space Program, Dr. Harvey lived in many diverse locations in the United States, settling in Cocoa Beach from 1964 through 1969, leaving the area after the Apollo program ended. He returned to Merritt Island in 1986 from Colorado Springs after retiring.

My deepest sympathies. May the God of all comfort strengthen the entire family during this time of sorrow. It is heart warming to read about such a beautiful person. Keep in mind that God keeps in his memory those whom we lose because they are precious in his eyes. (Psalms 116:15)
