Today I morn for Lil' Nat Benenate, and now I see Mr Benny has passed on to the Lord. I know him as a savvy kind and generous man. I remember those days as a young man, learning how to Shuck Oysters and Boil crawfish at the Bar, with Mr Benny, my dad George Artigues, Mr Nat and Al Aucoin; Parades, Ball Games and playing the jukebox. What A time we all had in this life.

To the Ansardi family: It's never easy to lose a loved one even if it's expected. Just remember heaven now has an angel to watch over and protect you. Here's to the man who boiled the best crawfish in town. I swear I could smell the aroma form the St. Claude Bridge. Rest in peace. Your sister-in-law, Colleen Daws-Gamer
