Dear Susan and family,
We are very sad to learn of Bernie's passing, and will keep you in our prayers. Bernie was a great one for keeping the family connections strong, and he will always be remembered for his fun company at various family events. Today I am thinking of him fondly, wearing a bright AOH sash from a parade many years ago. He will be missed. Please keep in touch, with love

Dear Susan and Family,

I was so sorry to hear of Bernie's passing. Although I hadn't seen him in such a long time, my memory goes back to old times when he lived around the corner from us and I saw him regularly. He was always a sweet boy; lots of laughs. I remember a trip to Lake George when I was under 10 yrs old; we sang the whole way!

He grew into a loving father and a kind and compassionate human being. I can surely tell from all of his accomplishments.

I am so sorry for your loss and I wish you all peace in your memories.
