Bernice Rose Lamkin (nee Hyzy), age 76. Loving mother of Kimberley (Joe) McCurrie, Monica (Dave) Lewalski, Pamela (Robert) Baker, Jean Griffin, and Larry (fiancee Rene) Hyzy. Bernice was a beloved grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She will be greatly missed. Funeral Monday 10am Chapel Service at Ridge Funeral Home (6620 W. Archer Ave. Corner of Natoma). Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Visitation Sunday from 3-8pm. For more info call 773-586-7900.
