Bernice Ruth Sims Coffman, 97, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Willows Center in Parkersburg.
She was born October 19, 1914 in Reedy, WV a daughter to the late Granville and Estel Sims. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Pershing "Hap" Coffman, along with three sisters, and three brothers.
She is survived by her caring family of sister in laws and brother in laws, along with several nieces and nephews.
Service will be Saturday, May 5, 2012, 2 pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkesburg with Rev. Gerald Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 until the time of service on Saturday.
