Biography

Bert Warren Kirkman, 66, passed away May 14, 2013. He was born in Napa, CA on Nov. 21, 1946 and was a 42 year resident of Las Vegas. A U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, Bert worked as an Electrical Salesman at Standard Wholesale Supply for 33 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Betty; his daughter, Shannon; and his sister, Debbie Hall. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Susan; his son, Ryan; three grandchildren, Brian, Renee and George; two sisters, Denise and Kim Knutson; and a brother, Randy. Visitation will be on Friday, May 17 from 3PM-7PM at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd with a funeral to be held on Saturday, May 18 at 10AM. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Palm South Jones Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
