Bertie Mohan, age 72, of Valrico, Florida passed away on Tuesday November 28, 2017. Bertie was born January 28, 1945 in Clarendon, Jamaica to Iris Emanuel Mohan and Percy Mohan.
Bertie is survived by his wife of 48 years, Joyce Mangal Mohan; daughters, Sheryl Mohan, Audrey McLean, Sharon Mohan, Gail Mohan; grandchildren, Andre Black, Carlos Mohan Jr., Kayla Hall, Blake Guillaume, Victoria Nelson, Kiana McLean, Kyle McLean, Myles Guillaume, Courtney Hall; great-grandsons, Andre Black, Jr., Andrew Black, Jr.
Bertie was preceded in death by; son, Carlos Mohan; father, Percy Mohan and mother, Iris Emanuel Mohan.
A visitation for Bertie will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur 11:00 AM Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Brandon Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Brandon, interment it follow in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
