Betty Ann Cook, age 75, passed away on August 9, 2017, at Clearview Nursing in Sikeston, MO
Born March 20, 1942 in Biloxi, MS., to the late James and Pearl Wilson Gaedchens.
She married Henry L. Cook on December 23, 1960 in Biloxi, MS., who preceded her in death on August 12, 2012.
Survivors include: one daughter, Karen Ragsdell of Sikeston, MO.; one sister, Gertrude Jones of D' Iberville, MS.; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Marion Voisin, Marie Dore',Burdine Kocurek, and three brothers.
Visitation will be Friday August 11, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. with Steven Vester, pastor of Old Bethel Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be Sunday August 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Wilson Family Cemetery in Biloxi, MS.
Pallbearers: Michael Johnson, Michael Ragsdell, Billy Seymore, Paige Voisin and Pete Voisin.
Arrangements under the direction of Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, Sikeston, MO.

my parents pat and tom brooks were friends with betty back when we were kids. we use to go to east haven. my sister patti still lives in Kalispell and my mom and I live in north bend oregon

I do remember the day you walked up to my father and invited him to come to east haven baptist church. He heard your southern accent and felt like he was coming home. Miss Betty was a good friend to my parents during the time they lived in kalispell and continued when we visited her in Sikeston once on our way through. You and mr. Hank are missed
