She lived a full life, married to Russell Williams for 53 years, and having five wonderful children. She enjoyed her snowman collection and gardening, especially her roses, which had become difficult lately due to her health. Her dogs were very special to her. She also loved being a member of County Seat Old Car Club along with her husband, appreciating the vintage vehicles. One of the highlights of Betty Lou's life, was when she raced at the former Onondaga Dragway with a '69 SS Chevelle and a stock car at Spartan Speedway. She took great pleasure racing the guys! Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Betty Lou was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Russ; her children, Howard (Sally) Williams, Rusty Williams, Lorna Williams, Richard (Tina) Omans and Susan (Jay) Mathis; grandchildren Joseph, Mike, Cortnie, Jessie, Morgan, Darrin, Mark, Shane, Allan, Casey, Stacy, Little Richard and Madeline; great grandchildren, Tyler, Aubree, Emma and Ajay; and many friends and neighbors.
