MANY years ago, my sister (Ann) and I "babysat" for Dawn, Chip and Donna while Betty worked (during the summer). Back then-- I was too young to pay attention to such things-- but now-- looking back-- I understand just how hard Betty worked to make a nice home for her kids. How I hated to get up so early to be picked up by Betty before she had to be at work-- but since I rotated the duty with my sister-- I only had to do it three days a week-- Betty, was "at it" six days! I remember that she was such a sweet and pretty lady! Betty was friends with my mother, Dot Allen, and I lost my mother last November 29. Dawn Chip and Donna--loosing your mother is a hard thing-- my thoughts and prayers are with you three, your entire family and her husband, Joe.

Betty, Your middle name sums up so much about you as you were always full of "Grace" and in many instances, you taught others how "grace" can get you through so many trials in life. We know you are in "His loving arms" now and at peace. We love you and ask God to comfort your loving family!

To my beloved wife, Betty you will be greatly missed not only by me but by all of your family and friends. You have filled all our hearts with your infectious smile and friendliness. Your going Home to the Lord has filled our hearts that you will no longer have to endure the agony that had beset you and brought tears to our eyes. I will always remember and cherish the beautiful 35 years that we had together. God had blessed me when he brought you within winking distance and now he has taken you back to be with him and your friend Charlotte who preceeded you. Rest my love. I love you and always will.
Your Loving husband Joseph
