She was born October 14, 1940 in Burnett County, Wisconsin to Oscar and Elvina Carlson Granquist.

On March 3, 1962 in a small Baptist Church in Minneapolis, in the middle of a blizzard, she married her lifelong partner Herbert Wayne Woodruff. In 1970 the Woodruffs relocated to the Killeen area. Mrs. Woodruff was employed by Craig's Record Shop. Following that she joined her husband in the ownership of Bus Stop Records, a main contributor to the music industry all across Texas. They enjoyed the time they spent together serving the soldiers of Ft. Hood and the surrounding communities. They retired in 2002, so that they could spend time enjoying family, especially the grandchildren.

Mrs. Woodruff was preceded in death by husband Herbert Wayne Woodruff, her parents and a sister Barbara Haakenson.

Survivors include her son David and his wife Regina of Killeen, daughters Carol Woodruff of Gatesville and Linda Jensen and husband Chris of Killeen, three grandchildren Kara Martinez and Jacob Woodruff of Austin and Markus Jensen of Killeen. Sister Beverly Cambronne and husband Jerry of Wisconsin, brother Orville Granquist and wife Estelle of Wisconsin, Orren Granquist and Raymond Granquist of Wisconsin. Sister in laws Bernadette Woodruff of Killeen and Anne Mathis of Tennessee and Betty Carver of Tennessee.

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
