ST. MARTINVILLE – Funeral Services will be conducted for Beverly Rita Brady, age 84, at 10:30 am Friday, September 14, 2012 at Evangeline Funeral Home with Fr. Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Mausoleum.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 am on Friday until service time.
A native of White Castle, LA and resident of St. Martinville, Miss Brady passed away at 1:30 am on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at St. Martinville Nursing Home.
Miss Brady was a graduate of New Iberia High School and a member of St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church.
She is survived by her brother, William Adrian Brady, III; nephew George W. Resweber and his wife Judy all of St. Martinville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William A. Brady, Jr. and Ophelia Babin Brady; two sisters, Janice B. Resweber and Gloria A. Brady and two brothers, Arthur A. Brady, Sr. and James H. Brady.
Pallbearers will be family members and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to St. Martinville Rehab and Nursing Center for their excellent care given to Miss Brady.

I was truly glad to have had the opportunity to care for Miss Brady, she was always pleasant and asked about my Dad every day. Prayers of peace to her family and may she rest in peace.

George, Judy and family, please accept our sympathies on the death of Ms. Beverly. I remember her as a very nice lady who enjoyed visiting with people. I can still see her in front of her house on the Blvd. walking her little dog. May she rest in peace.
