Our son, retired Lt. Col. Gene Griffin, and I were just talking last week about the wonderful family who sponsored him at the academy & brought a ray of sunshine to his time there. Your kindness has never been forgotten Beeland & Laura. I went straight to our photo album today & found you & the girls at Gene's wedding in '87.
It saddens us to hear of your loss. Please know that our thoughts & prayers are with you at this time.
