Edwards, Mrs. Beverly Ann Dean, of Quinton, Va, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Ernest C. Edwards; and her parents, William E. and Bessie Dean. She is survived by her sisters, Audrey Knight and Freda Atkins; brother, Buddy Dean; children, Betty Donovan, Judy Moncure (Mark) and Charlie Edwards (Denise); seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. A special thanks goes out to Medi Hospice and the aids whom helped with her care. Memorial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen foundation, 5005 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 250 Dallas, TX 75244. Her smile will be forever in our thoughts. Online condolences may be made at www.nelsenrichmond.com.

Dear Betty and Elizabeth,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother and Grandmother. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you.
