Dear Greg and Jody,
Your dad was the best neighbor anyone could have. He was always there to help anyone in need," especially me ". I will truly miss seeing him daily out in the yard our chats on the porch. He was a wonderful person.
I was blessed to have known him.
Bill, may you rest in peace now and enjoy being reunited with Gracie..

Mr. Bill was a constant presence in the court...outside with his beloved dogs, working on the lawn, chatting with a neighbor, just tinkering around the house. Not sure how the neighborhood will manage without him - a very proud original owner!

My Dad (Charlie Keefer) and Bill were friends and co-workers for many years. Every time we had an engineering problem with a project we were doing, Dad would discuss it with Bill. We would not have gotten the hip roof on our front patio without his help with the design. We remember Bill and Gracie fondly. Our deepest sympath.

The thing I loved about Mr. Cass was one you got past the gruff exterior he was one of the most intelligent, engaging and patient men I have ever known.
