Bill Anders, 79, of Louisville, passed away, October 6, 2011.
Mr. Anders was a retired Truck Driver for Louisville Scrap and Metal, a member of Green Acres Baptist Church and an Army veteran.
Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years Glenna Fern Anders.
Left to cherish his memory are his children: Pamela Probus, Barry Anders (Sharon) and Terry Anders (Selma); sister, Maxine Cobb; nephew, Donnie Anders; grandchildren, MarySue, Diana, Cynthia, Terry Jr., Marcella and Chris; and five great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home until the time of the service.
The family would like to kindly request that memorial donations in Bill's name be directed to Green Acres Baptist Church.
