The Lord's Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
Amen

Erlinda "Baby" Armendariz Clark
Gina, John Jr. & Gus,
My sincere condolences in the loss of your beloved grandfather. I have known Blas since I was a child and my parents moved one house away. It was a sad moment when he took his last breath. I know the pain you were feeling, it is so difficult to let go of someone that you love & care so very much for. Although I knew he was in extremely poor health, at that moment I was still somewhat in sort of a state of unbelief. It all just seemed like I was in a daze, we go through things so quickly and time keeps flying on by. I am grateful to have been with you and able to join you in prayer during his last moments. You have all been such awesome grandchildren and both your grandparents were blessed to have you watching over them as they became more and more in need of your help. I'm sure your grandfather felt like he had already died and gone to heaven and began living the good life in paradise since the day he moved into John Jr.'s loving home and under your protective watch. You gave him a refreshed purpose in life and somewhat of a new beginning. I believe that all the special one-on-one attention, pure love of his family, warmth and comfort of your home, and all the laughs & joy that he got from being around all of you helped extend his life. As we all witnessed, he truly passed away ever so peacefully. You are all so very amazing! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and your extended families, I am truly sorry for the great loss of a very nice & kind hearted man.
