Brian was born November 9, 1976, in Sacramento, California. Brian attended Kyrene del Cielo Elementary School, Pueblo Middle School and graduated from Corona del Sol high school in Tempe in 1995. Brian proudly served our country as a United States Marine from 1998 to 2002, earning the rank of corporal. Following an honorable discharge, he earned a bachelor's degree in physics and mathematics from Arizona State University in 2008 – an accomplishment for which he was enormously proud. He shared his passion for mathematics as a private tutor. Brian loved learning about science and dreamed of one day following in his father's footsteps as an engineer. He will be remembered always for his keen intellect, sharp wit and sense of humor, intense curiosity, compassion for animals and deep love of family.
