He was a Senior Cost Estimator for Aecom Engineering Firm in N.Y.C. He was a loving husband, father and son. Brian was a coach for Washingtonville Little League and CYO Basketball. He was a past member of Local 373 plumbers and Steamfitters of Mountainville, NY and recipient of the citizen of the year award from Monell Engine Co. He loved snowmobiling and riding his Harley, he was an avid and devoted Yankee fan. He was a former Washingtonville Wizards Football player #88. Brian was the husband of Christine A. Bourke who survives him, he is also survived sons, Trevor and Matthew Nimmo; daughters, Jessica and Cassie Nimmo all at home; brother, Jay T. and wife, Jennifer Nimmo of Pine Bush, NY; sister, Debbie and husband, Blake Kerrick of Rye Brook, NY; parents, Edgar T. and Carol L. Nimmo; grandparents, Katherine and John Ruffa; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edward and wife, Angela Bourke of The Villages, FL; brothers-in-law: Paul and wife, MaryBeth Stegenga of Washingtonville, Larry and wife, Annmarie Martello of Campbell Hall, NY, Mike and wife, Debbie Martini of Washingtonville and Scott and Pattiann Randazzo of Campbell Hall, NY; nieces and nephews: Emma and Danny Stegenga, Deanna, Lauren, Madison and Vincent Martello, Stephanie, Angela, Christina and Nicholas Martini, Rebecca, Ashley and Ryan Randazzo, Katelyn, Kasey and Meghan Kerrick and Devin Nimmo; several aunts, uncles, cousins and his dog, Dakota. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14 from 4-7 p.m. at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, Washingtonville, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 15, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Washingtonville, NY. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Washingtonville, NY. Donations can be made to a College fund set up for Brian's children. Please address all donations to Brian Nimmo's College Fund, c/o David T.
