I met Bruce at the Aurora Swimming Pool in September 2008; I am so glad to get to know Bruce through his wonderful smile and we always share a laugh here and there. I was extremely saddened by his passing that word could not express; Bruce, may your soul rest in peace!

Dear Mary, Thank you for posting the wonderful photos here on the site for those of us who can't be there to celebrate his life with you. Bruce was the definition of a true gentleman, and everyone who knew him was better for it. Dear Mary and family,
We are so saddened to hear of your loss. We remember you and Bruce fondly from our South American trip. We always were admiring what a great swimmer and athlete Bruce was, swimming every chance he got. We enjoyed your company and loved talking to you both about your family and careers prior to retirement. We had a lot in common since both of you were teachers and Joe and our daughter were/are in the same field. Words cannot fill the void you must be now feeling. Please know you're in our thoughts and prayers.
