This breaks my heart to hear, I am so sorry for your loss. I know what Sonny meant to my father and the friendship they shared brought light to my dad's life up until the very end. I can only hope the two have been reunited. Again, I am so sorry for your loss and please, if you need anything, don't hesitate to write! [email protected]

Odd things happen for reasons we don't know why. I go to LongHorns and think Sonny. I see AeroWorks, I think Sonny. I miss him like my own father. But I am conforted to know that he is beside us wherever we are! Time heals all wounds. Some take longer than others. But be reassured that you are not alone! A lifetime friend...

A true friend, maybe not best friends, but friends none the less. I enjoyed our conversations at the flying field. Sometimes we agreed with each other, other times we agreed to disagree. Sonny's love for his family was inspiring. I know they miss him as we all do. Sonny, my friend may you rest in peace.

I am really sad Sonny has passed on but for a selfish reason as he is in a better place. I enjoyed all our trips to Detroit and having worked with him all those years.
My prayers for the family.
