Dear Calvin,
It doesn't seem like its been seven years since we were your "corner house" friend and neighbor...we spent many years sharing backyard talks, tomatoes and your delicious pound cake! Sometimes neighbors become close as family as we share in everyday life happenings and we learn the true essence of that person...Calvin, you are a truely good person and touched our lives...
Our deepest sympathy to Carolyn and all family...

It is with deepest sorrow in hearing about Cal's passing. My sympathies go out to Carolyn, Rodney, Danny and Melvin - and all the family. Cal was a wonderful, smart and sincere person. I always learned something new when ever we spoke. We had many great conversations about life, god, family and the economy. He will be greatly missed.............You are in our daily prayers. As Always, Rich
