Captain Wayne Eble, 51 of Barnegat, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, March 9, 2014.
Wayne was the Captain of the charter boats, Searcher II and The Webo. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and gardener. Son of the late Charles Eble, Sr. He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen Meehan; his daughters, Jaime Lynn and her husband Gregory Francis, and Jillian Mae Eble; his sons Wayne William Eble, Jr. and Kyle Greenhalgh; his mother Doris Eble and 2 brothers; Ronald and his wife Cindy and Charles II and his wife Robin and his grandson Hans Francis.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 at the Thos L Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Drive, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
Funeral services are Friday 9:30 AM at the funeral home after which there will be a funeral procession past the Searcher II in Barnegat Light.
