Memorial Services were held on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 1630 Hinman Avenue, Evanston, Il. 60201. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Three Crowns Foundation, 2323 Mc Daniel Avenue, Evanston, Il. 60201. Interment was private.
