Carmen was of much help to me when I came to the Department of State. She was easy to talk with...we enjoyed talking about TSP...we would compare notes. To her family: May you be comforted during this time.

To Carmen's family,
Though I didn't work with Carmen very long, I came to know quickly that she had an infectious spirit. May your sweet memories of her help to take away the sadness of her not being here to talk, to laugh, to love with you. I pray eternal peace for you all.

I didnt know Carmen for very long, but she had been nothing but kind to me since my arrival at the Department of State in Washington, DC. As I was a new HR Specialist in the department, Carmen shared her HR knowledge and experience with me -- even when I didn't ask (I still smile at that). I am saddened that she is gone and my thoughts and prayers are with her family.
