Mrs. Carmen Bishop, age 96 of Mercer, TN, passed away April 14, 2013, at her home.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 11 a.m., at Cloverport Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Vernon Cemetery.
Carmen is survived by her son, Bernie Vinson and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Aaron Daniel.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patsie Staggs and her husband, Marrace Bishop.
A visitation with the family will be conducted on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 from 5-8 p.m., in the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons, and will resume from 10 a.m. on Wednesday until service time at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to Cloverport Baptist Church.
