Sending thoughts of love and comfort to the Byrd/Kender family. I will remember Carol as a woman of dignity and graciousness. I reflect fondly on the time she devoted to the Cline Garden youth, including the many times she shared her home with us. The joy she experienced with young people was mutual. My only regret was not having opportunity to tell her so and thank her. Much love to the Byrd family.

I am sorry for your loss! Ma Byrd was very instrumental in my coming to the Lord! I guess we will be having that Cline Gardens Christian Church "Thursday Nighters" reunion "When We All Get To Heaven"! I can just see her "Walking On the Heavenly Road" with our Lord leading her to the organ and piano! :)
