Mrs. Carol was one of the nicest customers I have ever waited on. She was always smiling and had such a wonderful heart. I will miss seeing her make her deposits at the bank. Even though she knew she was not feeling so well, that beautiful smile never left her face. RIP Mrs.Urban :-) you will always be missed

I am deeply saddened of the passing of Ms. Carol. I have known her my whole life as she and Mr. Richard used to do my grandmothers hair and then my mothers. I have many fond memories of going to the shop on Saturdays and getting a treat from her..... a bottle of Coke from the big ice box in the back. My mother used to travel from West Virginia just so Carol could cut her hair and fill her in on her family. We willl miss you, Carol! Our thoughts and prayers to all of her family.

I was so blessed to have Carol as my friend. There are many cherished times we had going to Morris Mechanic, Hippodrome, Meyerhoff, and especially our "girls night out"! Her passing has created a huge void in our lives which can never be filled. I thank the Lord for having blessed my life with such a precious friend.

Carol, from the time I first meet you shortly after Travis and Karen became a couple you opened your home to me as if I was a family member. Your smile was so uplifting. I have wonderful memories of my many trips to Baltimore where we would all get together and enjoy a wonderful time eating crabs, having a few drinks and most of all, laughing the day away. You will be missed as I would miss my mother. My prayers are with your family.

Mrs.Carol, you were my mentor, my leader, my boss, my friend. You gave me the courage to be the woman I am today, you had faith in me and because of you I went to school and got my license.I love perfect touch and all the girls there, you were definitely the glue that held us together. Its gonna be a tough road for us girls not having your love and guidance but I'm trusting your decisions and now that it's time to move on without you I know you left us in good hands. I will forever love and miss you. I will miss your stern looks that would always put me in check!! You sure did know how to be the momma when you need to be and boy I'm gonna miss it. I'll miss your laughter and miss being able to give you those hugs when you were having a rough day. I'll miss you saying should you be eating that?!?! I will forever thank God for you and everything you did for me. As I say my final good by to you tomorrow here on this earth I know I will see you again in heaven.....probably riding on a motorcycle with wings;) love you so much. and once again THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.
