Caroline Moon, age 72, born in Glasgow, Scotland then immigrated to Stamford, CT where she met husband Richard. They had children David (Deirdre), Emily (Ken) and three grandchildren Zachary, Connor, and Rachel.
Carol was the former District Manager for Congressman Christopher Shays (CT) and afterwards for many area Chamber of Commerce's.
She and her husband moved to the Ballston Spa/Gansevoort, NY where Carol pursued her love of horses. She took many lessons and won many events in Ranch Versatility.
After Carol suffered her first stroke and an attack of Afib, she and her husband moved to Chino Valley to be near her daughter, son-in-law and most important, her granddaughter. Even after another stroke and another incident of Afib she still rode- though much slower. Memorial gathering to be held on Saturday, September 23 from 10:00 – 12:00 at Leo P. Gallagher Funeral Home, Stamford, CT.

Dick and Family - I was so saddened to hear of Carol's passing. She was a very special lady with whom I shared many, many fond memories from our time working with Chris and beyond. She always made me smile and helped me and the rest of the team through many trying times by her sunny personality and firm grip on what is important in life. The world is a better place for having Carol enrich so many lives. All the best to you in your time of grieving.

Dear Rich, Emily and David: There are no words to express my sorrow and love for Carol as well as for all of you in this sad time other than to say that I will be at the memorial service and hope to let you all know how much I loved her and wish that I could have seen her during all these years but that was not meant to be. However, as I'm sure you all know, she was a wonderful woman and I'm deeply sorry for your loss. My history with your family will never be lost.

Dick, David, Emily & families,
We are so sorry to hear about the passing of our beloved sister-in-law, Carol on August 19 & she will be forever missed
One of our many fond memories is when she used to arrange with her neighbors on Belltown Road and nearby streets to place empty food bags at their doorsteps and then go back to collect them and work with an organization to distribute to the needy.
This is what Carol was all about helping others and cherishing her family, friends & others in a special way
Love, Milton (Mike) & Victoria Moon
