We have many fond memories of the time spent with the Courtney family. My father Curley and Cecil went all the way back to elementary school days. Many beautiful days spent waterskiing on Norris Lake! Sending thoughts and prayers for comfort to you all.

So sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I remember him many years ago when we were kids at the ballfields cheering on our softball teams with his friendly competitive nature. He was a great role model to many.
Deepest sympathy,

I have met Cecil and his family when my family and I moved 2 doors away in Cumberland Estates, that was over 30yrs ago. They had a white dog back then, that came to my house, when we had a Thunderstorm, he was so afraid of Thunder. Then one way they moved away. They were wonderful neighbors. My condolences to the Family and may you Rest in Peace, Cecil.

Cecil was such a precious and God loving man. I've known him since I was in junior high. He had an infectious smile. You will be missed but I know you are sitting at the throne of the Lord Jesus. Prayers for your beautiful family!
