Celine "Penny" Allison, 88, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, October 1, 2012 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 in the afternoon on Sunday, September, 30, 2012 at the funeral home.
Celine was born in Detroit, Michigan to Benjamin and Cecelia Ruehle. She was the 5th of six children and lived her life in Wichita Falls and Burkburnett. Celine married George Glover Allison on November 3, 1945 in Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. She was a member of Floral Heights Methodist Church in Wichita Falls where she was involved in the nursery and the latch key program. She enjoyed playing bridge with her lady friends and she served in the Woman's Auxillary Core from 1943 to 1945. Celine was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents , husband George, two brothers, Raymond and Richard Ruehle, two sisters, Marianne Abraham and Delores McCracken.
She is survived by her four children, George Allison and wife Dana, Joan Alexander and husband Richard, Terry Wray and husband Perry and Pat Baggs and husband Tim, 8 grandchildren, Shay Minter and husband Greg, Michael Allison and wife Marcia, Jennifer Dunn and husband Judd, Patrick Blankenship and wife Janiece, Jamie Pickering and husband Terry, Ryan Adams, Timothy Baggs and Kaylee Baggs Lunn and husband Adam, one sister, Florence Krawczyk, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Dear Pat, I am so sorry to read of your mom's death. What a beautiful woman she was. I saw your parents a few years ago at a McDonalds near Lawton! I was saddened that they did not remember me! lol It had been many years since this little girl had been in their line of thoughts. What great memories I have of being at your house. I loved playing Mouse Trap. Why do I remember that? lol Please know you and your family are in my thoughts as you go through this time of loss. Love ya, girl.
