Obituary


CHRISTENSEN, Charles, 91, entered into rest on April 16, 2014.



 



He was a retired tool and die maker with International Harvester, a Navy Veteran of World War II, and past president of the Bluegrass Chapter #1 Pearl Harbour Association.



 



Mr. Christensen was preceded in rest by his wife, Mary, son, Mark and daughters, Sally and Nancy.



 



He is survived by a son, Michael Christensen; three daughters, Barbara A. Potter, Yvonne S. Key (Ronnie); and Lisa A. Gallahar; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.



 



A committal service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd at 2pm at Zachary Taylor National Cemetery.



Arch L. Heady Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 8519 Preston Highway is responsible for arrangements.



 



Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Jude Children Hospital.
