Charles Warren Dunbar Jr. passed from this life September 5, 2011. He was born on April 19, 1937 in Swampscott, Massachusetts to Edith (McRobbie) and C. Warren Dunbar Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Violet Dunbar of Smithville,Texas, four children, Debora Dunbar and her husband Jeff Draine of Wallingford, Pennsylvania, Charles W. Dunbar, III of Raymond, New Hampshire, Kimberly Whitmore and her husband Jonathan of Danvers, Massachusetts, William Dunbar of North Weare, New Hampshire, one sister, Jean Kelty of Lynn Massachusetts and four grandchildren, Benjamin, Isaac, Leah Rose and Emily.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate the life of Charles Dunbar, Jr. at 11:00 am on Friday, September 9, 2011 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Smithville, Texas.
Arrangements under the direction of Marrs-Jones Funeral Home, Smithville, TX.

Debbie, we are so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. I have very fond memories of your dad from our childhood days on Banks Rd. Chuck was a great man and I am sure will be missed. Our thoughts & prayers are with you, your mom, Charlie, Kim and Billy.

Sending sincere conndolences to Charles's family. Charles was a classmate at Lynn English 1954. I am sure I speak for all of the LEHS Class of 1954 graduates who have enjoyed spending time with Charles.
