Charles E. Osterhout, age 69, of Rogers, AR, passed away on December 8, 2010 in Rogers. He was born April 28, 1941 in Dawson, OK to the late Clarence William and Effie Ellen Morgan Osterhout. He was a carpenter having worked 15 years for Heckathorn Construction in Fayetteville, and worked for Kan-Ark/Nabholtz and also The Non-Profit Center in Rogers. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of the Northeast United Pentecostal Church in Fayetteville. He is survived by his wife Annie Osterhout of Rogers, AR, 1 Son Charles D. He is survived by his wife Annie Osterhout of Rogers, AR, 1 Son Charles D. Osterhout of Rogers, AR, 1 Daughter Leah Graham of Siloam Springs, AR, 1 Brother Clarence William Osterhout of Eureka Springs, AR, 3 grandchildren , 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter Sharon Ann, a brother Bill Ostherhout, and a sister Ruby Applegate.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 13, at 2:00 PM at The Northeast United Pentecostal Church in Fayetteville, AR. Pastor Arnold Baughman will officiate the service. Interment will be in the Tuck's Chapel Cemetery in Avoca, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers. Online condolence may be made at www.rollinsfuneral.com .
