I had the pleasure of working with and for Charlie with the Dept Of Transportation. He was a gentleman in every respect and as hard a working man as I have seen in my 26 years of employment here. Charlie would do anything for anyone at any time. I am sad to learn of his passing and my respects go out to his family.

Always remember to forget,
The things that made you sad.
But never forget to remember
The things that made you glad.
May the love of those around you, help you through the days ahead.

Our thoughts & prayers are with you. May God bless & sustain you & grant you strength, peace, grace, serenity, courage &a strong faith. One "glorious day" we shall all join on that "Golden Shore", what a "Reunion" that will be just as the "Reunion" that Charlie is having with his loved ones gone berore him.He certainly will be missed by all that knew him. Colwell Valley will never be the same without him. He was always there to lend a helping hand.Charlie always kept the fields well-groomed,doing the hay & brushhogging & all else that anyone needed. He was always very articulate with his work & always dependable. Louise was always by his side helping him. God bless you,Louise!! Charlie & John were our mechanics & kept our vehicles repaired. We know that Charlie is wearing a "Golden Crown"!! He is preparing a place for his loved ones to join him in that "Heavenly Mansion" one day in God's timing. Charlie's spirit will forever remain with his loved ones in every bright, shining star & every beautiful, colorful rainbow & the clouds & the sun & in all that you say & do. Like we said the Valley will never be the same without Charlie. It's time to start the haying & the brushhogging & someone else will have to carry on the work but it will never be the same.Charlie always went on a run & time was never wasted as he was very articulate in everything that he did. We miss you & love you,Charlie, until we meet again on the other shore!!We sure will miss you. So happy that we were able to get to the hospital to see you & spend quality time!! So glad that you were able to return home where you wanted to be & now you are in your Heavenly Home.
God bless, comfort & cherish the family with all your precious memories to hold near & dear to your hearts!!

Our thoughts & prayers are with you.May God bless & sustain you & grant you strength, courage, peace, grace, serenity & a strong faith. One "glorious day" in God's timing we shall all meet again on that "Golden Shore" where Charlie has gone to join his loved ones gone before him, what a "Reunion" in Heaven!! Charlie's spirit will forever remain with his loved ones in every bright, shining star & every beautiful, colorful rainbow & the clouds & the sun & in all that you say & do. Matthew 10:30 says that every hair on our heads are numbered & Ecclesiastes 3 says that there is a time & a place & a reason & a season for everything under the Heavens & God is in control. There is a time to be born & a time to die & only God has that answer. Charlie is preparing that Heavenly Mansion where his loved ones will join him one day & a beautiful Mansion it will be rewarding him for all the goodness that he poured out to all he knew & helped here on Earth!! He is wearing his "Golden Crown" for which he is so worthy of!! Charlie was always there to help anyone in need. Colwell Valley will not be the same without him as he worked hard at doing the hay & brushhogging & anything else that anyone needed doing,he was there always to help. That was his livelihood. He was such a hard worker & loved what he did.We can all take a lesson from him as there was nothing that he couldn't do & it never took him long to get things done as time was never wasted. He was so articulate with his work & everyone could depend on him.He will be so missed!! As we said, that Valley will never be the same without him!! God is looking down on that Valley & seeing the beauty of his work there. Now it is time to start the haying & brushhogging & the Valley will have to depend on someone else to keep the Valley looking as beautiful & well-groomed as Charlie did & that will be a very hard job as are all special in their own way!! Louise, you were always by his side to help him with the hay & all else that needed doing. God bless you!! Charlie & John always kept our vehicles repaired for us & that will never be the same. Charlie could always be depended on & he was a man of his word. God bless you,Charlie!! You'll never know how much we will miss you!!We know that we shall meet again in God's timing & what a "Reunion" it will be!!
God bless, comfort & cherish you all with all your precious memories to hold near & dear to your hearts!!We love you & miss you,Charlie!!
