Charlie J. Key, 83, of Keeneland Circle, Greeneville, passed away Monday, July 29, 2013, at his home.

He was a local business owner and a member of First Church of God.
Mr. Key was a U. S. Army veteran having served in the Korean Conflict and was a former Greeneville Alderman.

Survivors include his wife: Minnie Key; two sons and daughters-in-law: Michael and Linda Key, Kent and Misty Key, all of Greeneville; grandchildren: Sierra Key, Dakota Key and Robbie Key; stepchildren: Joe Crum and Lori Rhea; step-grandchildren: Zac Crum, Matt Crum, Keaton Rhea and Landon Rhea; niece: Rita Carter; nephew: Victor Wallace; special friend: Kyle Renner.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Stella Glascock; his first wife, Robbie Key; one sister,
Juanita Wallace; a brother, Grover Key.

The funeral service will be held at 7 pm Tuesday, July 30, 2013, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Pastor Gerald Rudd
officiating. Interment will be 10 am Wednesday, at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Michael Key, Kent Key, Dakota Key, Lynn Carter and Dan Hicks.

The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Family and friends are asked to meet at 9:15 am Wednesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
