Charlotte Flanagan passed away May 11th, 2017 at her home in La Porte, Texas in care of her eldest daughter Vickie Redd. Charlotte's daughter Lisa and son Michael Butler were also daily care-givers to Charlotte, with special helper great-granddaughter, Noel Bean. Charlotte was born on August 17th, 1931 in Marion, Ohio to mother Eva Dell Buckingham Delauder and father Clarence William DeLauder. Charlotte has seven siblings of which two sisters and one brother have passed. Three sisters; Margaret Wimpee of Georgia, Dixie Murphy of Pasadena, TX, June Lundie of Marion, Ohio; and one brother, William Delauder of Marion, Ohio are still living.
Charlotte has five children with father Sanford O. Butler who passed on January 12th, 2002. She is survived by her children Sanford Butler of Maumee, O H., Vickie Redd of La Porte, TX., Michael Butler of Deer Park, TX., Timothy Butler & wife Luann of Marion, OH., Lisa Ladd and husband Michael of Seabrook, TX., eight grand-children, and fourteen great grand-children.
Charlotte is survived by her husband Gerald Flanagan of Deer Park, TX.

It's been 5 months Mom & I miss you even more as time goes by. I still reach for the phone to call you when something bad happens before I catch myself. I pray you truly know how much you are loved. Noel talks about you daily and we're going to have a picnic with you when it gets a bit cooler outside... you know me I hate heat. LOVE U MOM!
