Charlotte McClure went to be with her Lord on April 11, 2012 at the age of 96. She was born in Cedarville, IL to Willard and Neva (Garrison) Fink on August 20, 1915. She attended Moody Bible Institute from 1933 to 1936 and married Judson McClure in Freeport, IL on September 16, 1937. From 1937 until 1976 she was a valued helpmeet as her husband served as pastor of several Baptist churches in Iowa, South Dakota, Montana, California and Washington. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law David and Bonnie McClure of Harleysville, PA, son Philip of Seattle, WA, and grandchildren and spouses Theresa and Darrell Terpenning, Kendra and Andrew Huson, David Jr. and Lori, Daniel and Deborah, Ryan and Megan, Laura, and Alyssa McClure, and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, son Duane, and siblings Lyle, Wilma, Ruth and Lowell.
Services: Thursday, April 19, 2 p.m., graveside service, Sequim View Cemetery, 1505 Sequim-Dungeness Way, Sequim. Sequim Valley Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Pastor David Wiitala of Sequim Bible Church will officiate.
