Charlotte F. Virgili, 83 of Mather, died Sunday, April 28, 2013 in the Southwest Regional Medical Center, Waynesburg.
She was born December 27, 1929 in Mather, a daughter of the late Elmer and Bertha Miller Speelman.
Mrs. Virgili was a graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School, class of 1947.
She lived all of her life in Mather and a life-long member of Mather Christian Church.
Mrs. Virgili was a former member of the B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge #757, Waynesburg and the Greene County Country Club.
On October 25, 1947 she married Orlando "Chick" Virgili, who died May 4, 2011.
She was a devoted wife, with her husband, children and grandchildren being the center of her life.
Surviving are two sons, Danny Virgili and his wife Robin of Marengo, IL and Dean Virgili and his wife Janet of Rices Landing; three grandchildren, Derek Virgili and his wife Jennifer, Deanna Virgili and her fiancée Bernie Benamati, and Dante Virgili; three great grandchildren, Aidan, Giovanni, Giuliana.
Deceased are two brothers, Elmer Speelman and George Speelman.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mather Christian Church, Third Street, Mather, PA 15346. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Mather Christian Church, P.O. Box 37, Mather, PA 15346. Condolences may be expressed online at www.behm-funeralhomes.com
