In behalf of the Hermano's Family, we would like to express our heartfelt and deepest sympathy for the lost of your departed husband, Christopher. We know that it's always too painful if someone you love passed away.
Mike was very special to my family. We will always remember him for having an extraordinary talent and principle in life.
We considered Mike as a member of the family. He is a nice person being close to my sons, Joel and Julius and to my daughters, Marie and Marissa most especially when he used to take care of my children when they were studying, while I'm away from home due to my destinations and position in the military.
Nevertheless, there's nothing we can do to ease your pain and to what you're feeling now. But we want to let you know that my family is always here to support you in terms of peace, love and joy. Once again, condolence.

When I was in the Navy, I was able to see you when you were working in Dubai, KSA, when our ship visited Dubai. Two and a half years ago, my family had the opportunity to visit you, your wife, son and daughter-my inaanak. Two weeks before you passed, I had a dream that took me back when were working at Government Printing Office, Port Area, Manila, Philippines. It was too vivid that it seemed too real- we were working and even riding the jeepney on our way to our college classes. "What a dream!" I told my self and was trying to find out what my dream was all about when I found out the news last Sunday. I was shocked and could not believe that you are gone.
Pards, you are now with our creator but the memories will stay forever.

We know that no amount of words will help take the pain away. As hard as it seems, you will get through this difficult time and emerge stronger. May you be blessed with gentle, loving comfort and grace. God will definitely show you the way to smiling again. We know this experience will change you forever. Just remember all the good times you shared with your father and all the love he gave you throughout the years. He is not gone; He will live in your heart forever.
We may not be around physically to help you through this trying period but our thoughts and prayers are with you.

2 Corinthians 4:16-15:8
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling, because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked. For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. Now it is God who has made us for this very purpose and has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. We live by faith, not by sight. We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
