Dear Watson family,
What a huge loss of your Mom and Dad. I grew up with all of you for many years and have wonderful memories of your parents .Your mother was one of the sweetest people I've ever known. An all around awesome Mom . I still use her recipe for Crock-Pot ribs that she taught us. She was loving to everyone and was such a good example of Christian values. Your Dad was one of the coolest people . I remember him as having a super sense of humor and a rock when it was time to be serious. It was obvious how much everyone loved each other and put faith and family first. Something you don't see much of anymore . It had a big influence on me.
I always wanted to be just like them when it was time to have my own family . The time I spent with all of you is one of the best memories of my youth .
I hope you are happy and healthy .No one one should have to lose such great parents. I'm truly sorry for your loss.

Dear Watsons and Wedigs,

Mary Clare sent me news today about Aunt Ruth's passing. I feel very sad, as she was such a kind and generous person. Although this is a loss, I know she lived a long and wonderful life. I last spoke with her after our mother passed in 2011. I recall she had kind words and was on her way to a birthday party.

I imagine and hope all of you are doing well. Please accept our sincere sympathies.

Ruth and I were members of the ENC club that we formed when in the 9th grade in Jackson. Ruth and I lived just a few houses apart on Valley Street. Every school morning we would meet at the bus stop between our houses. And we would argue when we started walking down West St. to Central High about should you cross that street when the stop light was red or green - according to which side of the stop light you were looking at.
There aren't many of us left but we will miss Ruth. She had all of us and our husbands in Poplarville one October many years ago after Bill died.
