Clayton E. Lindow Sr., 82, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2017. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 59 years, Joyce; his parents, Austin Sr. and Lillian; two sisters, Winnie and Ann; two sons, Dana and Daniel and two daughters, Louise and Jacklyn. He is survived by his brother, Austin Jr.; his sister, Emilie Oliver; his son, Clayton Jr.; his daughter, Tammie Ellsworth and many other loving family members. Clayton was a wonderful son, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was hard-working, kind, loving and generous. He shared his vast knowledge while mentoring his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Clayton worked for C&C Ready Mix for many years. Private services will be held per his wishes.

Although I am saddened to learn of Clayton's passing, I can't help but smile now while I think of him. I had the pleasure of working with Clayton for a number of years when he drove mixer. My condolences to the family for your loss, he truly was a one of a kind man.
