Cleta (Toyie) Adams, 81, of Fort Smith, AR, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012, in Fort Smith. She was born November 25, 1930 in Paden, OK to the late L. L. and Anna Mae Case. She was a retired L.P.N. from Medi-Home Nursing Home. She was a member of the Old Time Holiness Pentecostal Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert L. Adams, son Pete Adams and a sister Mary Barlow. She is survived by one daughter Marguerite Rotenberry of Fort Smith, four sisters Virginia Broyles of Tulsa, OK, Joan Broyles of Paden, OK, Peggy Wilson of Paden, OK and Sue Hinds of Paden, OK, three brothers L. T. Case of Paden, OK, Max...

She is survived by one daughter Marguerite Rotenberry of Fort Smith, four sisters Virginia Broyles of Tulsa, OK, Joan Broyles of Paden, OK, Peggy Wilson of Paden, OK and Sue Hinds of Paden, OK, three brothers L. T. Case of Paden, OK, Max Case of Paden, OK and Tex Case of Bristow, OK, five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.

The family will visit with friends Saturday morning, October 13, 2012, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon at Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.

Funeral service and burial will be Monday, October 15, 2012 in Prague, OK under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home.
