Cleta (Toyie) Adams, 81, of Fort Smith, AR, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012, in Fort Smith. She was born November 25, 1930 in Paden, OK to the late L. L. and Anna Mae Case. She was a retired L.P.N. from Medi-Home Nursing Home. She was a member of the Old Time Holiness Pentecostal Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert L. Adams, son Pete Adams and a sister Mary Barlow.
She is survived by one daughter Marguerite Rotenberry of Fort Smith, four sisters Virginia Broyles of Tulsa, OK, Joan Broyles of Paden, OK, Peggy Wilson of Paden, OK and Sue Hinds of Paden, OK, three brothers L. T. Case of Paden, OK, Max Case of Paden, OK and Tex Case of Bristow, OK, five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
The family will visit with friends Saturday morning, October 13, 2012, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon at Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.
Funeral service and burial will be Monday, October 15, 2012 in Prague, OK under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home.

Dear Marguerite and family,
I am deeply sorry for the loss of our loved one. Just remember she has no more pain and in the most glorious place. We all will truely miss Aunt Toyie, and look so forward to the day I will see her again. She should genuine kindness and love to me always. To Marguerite and all your family I am truely sorry for your loss but I do know she is in a better place. You each loved and cared for her uncondtionally and she knew that. I always felt like Aunt Toyie was genuinely kind, and I honestly never heard her speak harshly or judgemental of others. I admired and appreciated that about her. I'll miss her smiling eyes.
