Dearest Patsy

Sorry we lost Gene. I have been out of town for almost a month and had heard that Gene's condition was up and down during this month. I know that you two had a lifetime of love and time together. We all rejoice that Gene's suffering is over now and he is at peace with our Lord and Savior, family and friends. It will be difficult to see you without Gene by your side. I know that your heart keeps him close as we all do.

Dear Patsy and all family, We are so very sorry to hear of Gene's passing. I always loved his beautiful, mellow, voice as well as his great bass playing. We know he is hearing (perhaps playing) the most beautiful music now and is with Jesus and his loved ones. You will be in my prayers continually. Eve Hinman
